Red Nose Day
As a school we believe that raising money for charity is a great way to promote a positive, caring attitude amongst pupils.
Across the year we participate in a range of activities, which aim to raise money for specific causes saw Red Nose Day being celebrated across the United Kingdom. A day on which millions pf pounds worth of money is raised to help those who are less fortunate.
On this day our pupils lead a number of events ranging from the a non uniform day, a guess the sweets in the jar and name the bear competition.
Over all we raised a staggering £524.21 on this day.
Thank you to all pupils and parents who helped us to achieve this amazing result.

Save the Children Christmas Jumper Day
Save the Children, Christmas Jumper Day saw the pupils of Snapethorpe Primary School arriving at school in their festive jumpers and raising money for this notable cause.
We successfully raised £409.67 during this day.

Wakefield Hospice Reindeer Run
December saw our pupils raise money for Wakefield Hospice, through the completion of a Reindeer Run. Children were provided a pair of reindeer antlers, which they wore while completing a festive obstacle course.
Over the course of this day we raised £268.35.
